Food is one of the basic needs of man. It is more important than shelter and clothing in the hierarchy of needs. A hungry man, they say, is an angry man. There are, therefore, so many angry men in Africa, if that saying is anything to go back.
Statistics show that over 100 million Africans are starving. This is due to wars, strife, drought, flooding, and many more problems. Children, women, and rural dwellers are more vulnerable to this crisis.
The Food crisis is far from being addressed as governments across Africa have no mapped out plans for that purpose. They have not adopted mechanized farming, they are not investing in Agricultural researches that would turn up more productive ways of alleviating the food problem.
Thus, PMDAfrica has a temporary and a permanent solution well crafted to address the problem. We have set up food hubs in the rural areas and the suburbs to feed the dwellers while investing massively in mechanized farming and agricultural researches.
The food hubs would open to people every Friday and Sunday of the week across Africa. This would also be done in line with the culture of the people. It will be devoid of the traditional corruption of Africa because it would be manned and supervised by highly trained, emotionally intelligent, and trusted people.
The food hubs are expected to give food to at least 10 million rural and suburban Africans weekly. Partnerships are ongoing between PMDAfrica and a host of spirited individuals and groups to facilitate the smooth and quality delivery of this essential service to our people.
Join hands with us to do our people well.
Together we can defeat poverty!
